No. Recipients open a private signing link, review the agreement, and sign. Only the sending workspace needs an account.

Does eDocSign support Aadhaar eSign?

Yes on paid Business and Enterprise workspaces. A licensed ESP handles OTP Aadhaar eSign 2.1. eDocSign never asks for or stores the Aadhaar number.

What happens when everyone has signed?

eDocSign attaches a certificate of completion and seals the PDF with a certificate-based digital signature so the finished file can be kept as a record.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. New workspaces start on the free Starter plan with a monthly envelope allowance. Paid Business and Enterprise plans unlock higher limits and Aadhaar eSign.

Aadhaar eSign on a paid workspace

Business and Enterprise connect a licensed provider with eSign 2.1. The signer uses OTP on the provider’s page. eDocSign signs the request, checks the response against the document hash, and does not take the Aadhaar number.
