Sealed PDFs and certificates of completion

When the last required signature is in, eDocSign finalises the agreement: a certificate of completion is attached, and the PDF is sealed with a certificate-based digital signature so you can keep a clear record of what was signed.

What you get after everyone signs

A signed PDF ready to download and archive.

A certificate of completion listing signers, times, and document hashes.

An optional evidence pack (ZIP) with the signed file, certificate, and audit material.

Built for handoff and audit

Senders and recipients with the same email can open completed agreements from the desk after they create an account.

Workspace notes stay off the signed PDF. The sealed file is the shareable record.

Start without changing your templates

Upload the PDF you already use, or start from the eDocSign template library and edit the wording before send.

Place signature fields once; duplicate the agreement later when the deal repeats.

Questions

Is the sealed PDF the same as Aadhaar eSign?
No. The digital seal applies after signing is complete. Aadhaar eSign is one way a person can authenticate during signing on paid plans.
Can I download proof later?
Yes. Open the completed agreement and download the signed PDF, certificate, or evidence pack.

Ready to send the next agreement?
